About This Blog

Melbourne has such an amazing food culture that there really is no excuse for eating average food. Laneway cafes, hatted restaurants, farmer’s markets and artisan bakeries galore… Join me as I eat my way around town and attempt to get creative in the kitchen.

When I’m not blogging, I work as an electrical engineer and occasionally pretend to speak Japanese.

Enjoy your visit and eat well.

Also, if you vote for a restaurant that you’ve reviewed on your blog, we now show your vote next to your post everywhere on our site.

  6. Isn’t Melbourne the best? We live on the Surf Coast and the food and wine scene down here is pretty awesome too – maybe one day you might venture down our way? I could certainly recommend a place or two…
